CHALLENGE: How dedicate myself to the work of dismantling my own racism as a first step towards racial justice, without losing momentum to the distractions of daily life.
SOLUTION: Creating a discussion group in collaboration with the West-Island Black Community Association of Montreal. A book-club style group for white folks committed to confronting racism in ourselves, our community, and our world by listening to BIPOC voices in anti-racism literature, films, podcasts, etc., with the ultimate goal of empowering Black, Indigenous and people of colour.
